Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Player

You are also obligated to keep your registration information up to date. Any changes to your contact number or personal details must be reported to 777one support promptly.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777one account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued for two-factor authentication. You must:
- Never share your password or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances;
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
- Notify 777one support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
777one will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to ask for your full password. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately. 777one accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.
Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 777one may request identity and address verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement and is not optional. Cricket Betting
777one offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and international Test, ODI, and T20I series. The following rules apply to all cricket betting activity:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed;
- For a match to be settled, the minimum required overs as specified in each market's rules must be completed, unless the full result is achieved before that point;
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted without a result, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules, which may include voiding all bets at the stake price;
- In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 777one's discretion — for example, during rain delays, power interruptions, or disputed umpiring decisions;
- Any bets placed on markets that were clearly priced in error (manifest error) will be voided, and stakes returned. 777one's decision on manifest error is final.

The decision of 777one's resolution team is final and binding for all operational matters.

Wagering Requirements

Expiry of Bonuses
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account without compensation. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period will also expire, causing any remaining bonus balance to be forfeited. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry dates of all bonuses in your account.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Closure
In addition to the specific prohibitions detailed elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions, the following types of conduct are expressly forbidden on the 777one platform. 777one reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning — against any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct.

Account Closure by 777one
777one may close or suspend a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected or suspected; (b) a regulatory or compliance obligation requires us to do so; (c) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more; or (d) 777one ceases to operate the Platform in the relevant jurisdiction.
Upon closure of an account by 777one for cause (i.e., due to a breach by the player), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at 777one's discretion, depending on the severity of the breach. Accounts closed for inactivity will have their remaining verified real-money balance returned to the player's registered payment method after a standard dormancy fee may be applied as notified in advance.
Account Closure by the Player
